Horrible horrible customer service. We made an appointment. We were sat at our stations and nobody said anything for about 10 minutes. When one of the tecs sat down to remove my polish, I asked if they were going to start our nails because we made an appointment because we were on a schedule. She told me she didn't know, she was just removing the polish and it depends on how long it would take to soak off my polish. This did make sense because you wanted to take my polish off to ensure I wouldn't leave while you service other clients. I asked if she would be done within the hour and she stated she did not know. If you can't honor appointments don't make them. It is unprofessional to deceive customers and not respect their time.

They did a beautiful job with my nail fill in and pedicure. Very efficient, friendly, clean environment, quiet and very reasonably priced.

I had a terrible experience when I got a pedi at Sky. The day they did it they cut my toe and it bled. Then when I took the polish off after about two weeks I had a fungus underneath. I am so disappointed. I would give a zero but that’s not an option.

If you wanted a solid color they could do a decent job, but I went in for a simple design and they completely messed it up, at first I came in for a different design that they said was too hard so they suggested one and i agreed, everything was smudged and the color was off, they even let me leave like that when it was obviously messed up, the shaping was also lumpy and jagged, I ended up getting them redone at another salon.

I am from out of town and I randomly stopped here. I asked for pedicure and powder nails. There was 4 employees just sitting around on their phone. So I asked if I could have both procedures going on at the same time. They reluctantly agreed. Stephanie began to soak my powder nails off. The pedicure was going great. Then this is the problem. Stephanie ignored me for about 10 minutes and changed the color on a customer’s nails. Then I was sure she would come and finish my nails. Instead of returning to me she went to another customer and Started a pedicure. I was done. I told management how rude and it was to just stop doing my nails and start on someone else. I will never go there again. The customer next to me was so upset about her service that she didn’t even pay. Her technician snipped our toe and caused her to bleed.

It's my first time entering to read the opinions of this site and my god, what a lack of awareness people sometimes have.
We speak Spanish, yes, it's our language!!! But that doesn't mean we're bad people, it doesn't mean we're talking about you either. Why do they only look at that??? Why don't they think that sometimes we spend hours and hours without eating anything, putting up with you having a bad day and treating us badly just for that??? We also have bad days and that's not why we talk to you in a bad tone, on the contrary, we always try to give our best face so that you feel comfortable...
If you take a long time to do a pedicure they get annoyed and if you do it fast too, if you do it softly, if you do it abruptly, you never look good with some customers.
We talk on the phone because many of us have our family in another country and it's the only time we have, but that's also annoying, right??? You also use your phone and take pictures of us even no matter what may bother us!!! We also deserve respect!!!
Before criticizing or making a bad reference, SELF-CRITICIGATE YOURSELVES!!!!

It’s a darn shame when you go to a salon to relax and can’t because you feel so out of place and feel like you’re in a foreign country. This is America!!!!!!! It should be mandatory for English to be the spoken language in the work place. Instead it’s Spanish the entire 2.5 hours I was there. This may make a lot of people upset but I DO NOT CARE!!!! Do the work and earn your right. Not to mention how rude the guy is. OMG. He was very rough and nails are so thick and chunky they most definitely look as fake as possible. If done right they should look natural. Only went here because my usual salon was closed. NEVER AGAIN!!

I came and got my feet done and I didn't like it one bit.It was a young lady who did them and she spent the whole time on the phone with her boyfriend paid more attention to the call than her actual job.It took her forever to do my feet she didn't scrub them well enough,on top of that someone who also worked they had their baby at work so she would stop on my feet every couple of minutes to sing or play with the baby just so unprofessional.Ill wait until I get back home in Florida before I go back there again

This is my second time coming here!
My first visit I got a new set, and my nails started lifting after 2 days.
was in a pinch and needed to get my nails done, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and came again.
On my second visit I came on a Wednesday just to get a fill in. When she told me $40 at the register I almost fainted. I have never paid that much for a fill in in my life. But I paid it. It’s now Saturday and 2 nails have broken off, a few other nails are lifting up. There are bubbles in the nail polish and streaks. I’m a livid. I work 2 full time jobs and don’t have time to get my nails done. I got off a hour early just to be able to get this fill in done.

My daughter had asked for french tips and all they did was glue the white nail on and paint over it leaving it looking undone. They were also rude to their other employees, the girls were speaking Spanish to each other and the man turned around and told them to be quiet they're talking too much Spanish. After that the guy turned around and started to speak Vietnamese. Will not be going again.
