Their customer service is lacking hugely in this store, it’s either a sale or you don’t get the help you need. It’s basically “buy something or get out”. Huge shout of to terry the Asian guy for being a very indecent human, I do NOT suggest going into this store at all. The people here are rude and will not give help whatsoever. I hope the owner of this store sees this and knows how well his store is being taken care of and how wonderful the employees are there

Justin at the Bainbridge Verizon did an awesome job. He was very professional and understanding. Justin was all about satisfying the customer and he did just that. Thank you Justin and thank you Verizon for having an associate like Justin.

Great service with Muhammad and Alfredo!! Very patient and helpful. Alfredo explained EVERYTHING in great detail and we a very satisfied. Never had an experience like this in any other Verizon store!!

Mr. Moody and Ms. Shelley are always so kind when I visit. Mr. Moody made the port in process seamless, painless and affordable! He was helpful, professional and humorous. I got better service and a new phone in one easy visit! I highly recommend visiting the Bainbridge, GA Verizon and requesting these associates to help with your needs! :)
