Tried to get my nails done there and the guy was so rude I got up an left. I will never ever go back. Insisted my nails were acrylic when they are not and then wanted to charge me for all new nails. Terrible place.
Edited! You're right I forgot to the how this was the second time I tried to visit your location. First time I stopped and asked for an appointment for 12 for.my lunch brake and you said ok. I showed up and sat for 30 min of my hour lunch brake and left ad I wouldn't have enough time to get my nails done.
Fool me once shame on you fool my twice shame on me. Sure as hell won't be a third time.

Wow... Just WOW!!!!
What an amazing experience! I thought I've had a pedicure before. Oh nooooo... Yolanda made me realize that I have never experienced a "PROPER" pedicure (I always go for the premium pedicure pkg).?
That's not all... their prices are so reasonable!!!! ?

I don’t ever post bad reviews about a place unless it was REALLY BAD! Well, tonight, my daughter and a friend went to go get their nails done at VIP Nails in Bainbridge. (We’ve never been there before) And I’ll just say not only did the MALE nail tech cuss multiple times at both of the MINOR GIRLS, he got upset and started ripping her friends nails off to which she started bleeding, then shoved that poor child’s bleeding hand in a bowl of acetone, got both of them upset and crying and refused to finish my daughters and made them leave. BUT, was yelling for them to pay as they left. (They didn’t btw) One child bleeding and the other still had wet acrylic half on. All of this because they were giggling and he assumed they were talking about him. I have put business reviews everywhere I can think of. Nobody should be treated that way but definitely not children. Y’all I am still shocked and pissed! DO NOT GO TO THERE!!

My pedicure was FIRE. I suffer from dry cracked heels, yet it's been a little over a week and they are still smooth. I'll definitely return
