Giving 2 stars only because a manager treated me like I was human. I will never use the auto care center the Bainbridge Ga Walmart again. I ordered tires online and set up an appointment for 8 am on Saturday, they are supposed to open at 7 am, got there at 730, doors shut and locked but employees inside, you could hear them talking, at 805 I knocked on the door, no one would acknowledge I was there, at 815 I walked around the store to the front and then back the the desk at the auto care center, told them that I had a 8 am appointment and showed them the confirmation email I had, I was told that they don't honor anything set up online and that they weren't open yet, I pointed to the sign that stated their hours of business, was told that it didn't mean anything and I would have to come back later, then I went to the customer service desk and demanded to talk to a manager, they asked what the issue was and I explained it to them and showed them the confirmation email, the manager walked back to the auto care center with me and asked why they weren't open and working yet and told them that they had to honor my appointment I set up online. I told them to load the tires in the back of my truck and refund me the installation charge I had also already paid for and I would go somewhere else, the manager that I would give 5 stars to refunded my installation charge and installed my tires. On the way home my tire pressure sensors went off, my truck and tires I use require 50 psi, they had them at 35 psi. I will never use Walmart for anything automotive related again. And to think these people want 20 plus a hour to do work they are obviously not qualified to do.

How can I store manager the store leader allow employees not to answer the phone. Isn't customer service the number one rule. So a customer has to drive 30 miles to the store to see if they have an item instead of just making a phone call. that is a sorry business motto.

I went to Bainbridge Walmart today and the cashier in the self check out was very rude and acted like she isn’t won’t to help me . This is the worst walmart . They have the worst employees ever . They don’t do their jobs and they stand around and do nothing . Then when you ask them for help they get an attitude and don’t won’t to help you . They are very sorry . It’s ridiculous to go to Bainbridge Walmart .

I ordered a custom cake from Publix in Tallahassee 3 weeks before I needed it and it looked God-awful when picked up the day before the event. It was $50 and it looked absolutely horrendous! There was no way I was serving that to my guests. Being on a time crunch due to it is the day before the event AND Easter weekend, my only hope was my local Walmart bakery. So I rushed over there to see if they could get something done by the next day for a kids bday party. Immediately, the answer was no due to being Easter weekend and Trisha already was booked solid for custom items. I was sooo defeated, so I told her I had no idea what I was going to do. Taking pity on me, Trisha said she could help me with some thing and took my order. The cake she made was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! It was everything I was hoping for with the $50 cake and she did it in half the price. The kids loved it, coming back for seconds, even the parents. Trisha nailed this cake and I am so so grateful she was able to do something for me in such short notice and it look 1000x better than the Publix cake. Trisha is who I will consult from now on for custom cakes!!!
