Price of rent is very fair, any issues we’ve had have been addressed ASAP, place is kept clean. We are working parents, I work from home and spouse works nights. It’s peaceful enough over here for him to sleep during the day while I work. Lady in the office is straightforward… she gets things done!!! I like it that way. We’ve never given her any issues and she’s never given us any!

The property manager is terrible and so rude.She has no manners and if you have children then this is defintly not the place to live.

I have lived here since 2009. Wonderful place , awesome management. It’s very quiet and there is no drama. If anything tears up it is fixed that day or within 24 hrs. Love Pine Forest!!!

Just called. Answered with Hello blah blah apartments. Idk what she said. It sounded like she was eating.
Asked for availability and she said , I don't have anything. Followed by dead air. So I just hung up because what even is customer service??

The woman who runs the apartments and answers the phones has zero business sense and is particularly disrespectful. You will be greeted with an awkward hello then silence as you try to figure out if you called the correct number. As far as asking questions goes there's no need because she will cut you off immediately and tell you, "we don't have anything available." Then she will end the phone call with nothing but silence again. Not a good bye or a thank you for calling just silence. If I had to choose between writing a good review for this "business", (and I use that term very loosely), or death I would say goodbye to my friends and family because that's how awful the experience was.
