“I’ll admit, I was a little skeptical about the changes at our little post office and the new female clerk (Angela) at first. My first impression left me unsure, but over time she has really won me over. She always has a smile, is friendly to everyone, and is consistently willing to help. She has even taken the time to research missing packages for me and kept a positive attitude throughout the process. Every interaction I’ve had with her has been pleasant, and she truly makes customers feel valued. It’s nice to see someone who genuinely cares about providing good customer service.”

“Again, a usually quiet place with very kind and patient service. They're willing to work with you but do note it's first come first serve. Leave your place in line for something and they'll serve the next person. However provided you come right back in, they immediately help you after you get back in line like you didn't drop out.”

“The staff at this office, especially Jonothan, is extremely helpful and friendly! He was working alone when we came there for a passport appointment. He was able to multi task and handle the counter and passport service at the same time. This is the friendliest post office I have had the benefit of walking into.”
