We had a great experience and highly recommend! We had 2 - 10x20 units for 3 years. Never any trouble… no insects, no moisture issues (we did use Damp Rid as a precaution), and well maintained facility. The management was always available and super easy to work with.

I needed storage for a new RV. Christy and Hal met me there in off hours to check out the space and get me signed up. Very friendly people and went above and beyond to be sure had a spot to park the RV the following day.

Was in dire need of finding RV storage upon our move to the Ellijay area. After a lot of searching we found Ball Ground Secure Storage who had one of the best prices nicest facility and great staff. Kristy was a joy to work with considering we did this all 600 miles away from each other. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

This storage facility is conveniently located right off the highway and very clean. The owner Christy is amazing and worked with me when I got in a jam to empty my storage. Amazing customer service, very kind and understanding. Highly recommend this storage facility.

I can honestly say this business has went out of their way to accommodate the challenging changes in my moving schedule. Christy the owner, is super professional, helpful, and friendly. These storage units are brand new, and gated with a security entrance. You will not be disappointed!
