“My car had a bad encounter with a limb ( :( ) that did some pretty bad damage. I did my homework on local body shops and R&R had nothing but glowing reviews. Now I know why! They are the most professional, friendly folks that truly know how to make the customer comfortable and assured they will do everything to get your car back to it's original, dent-free shiny, happy state. Best feeling ever to feel comfortable leaving your car in the hands of these folks knowing you will be thankful you found them.
At this point I've got to recommend EVERYONE from the management to office staff to those that came in contact with my car. When I picked it up I was totally the happiest person ever. They not only made everything right, but went out of their way to repair it without having to replace the entire quarter panel. (I think they're magicians as well as body shop aficionados!)
My hope is that anyone who needs a body shop will give this local business the opportunity to make you a VERY satisfied customer as well.”

“I took my granddaughter's Nissan Altima to get an estimate on some minor body damage. The young lady and gentleman working this day cleaned off the dirt popped back on what had came loose. NO Charge!!
There is a minor dent to be repaired.

“My 65 F100 was involved in a wreck. I chose Mike based on our conversation over the phone, and I called a lot of shops. Mike immediately knew all about the paint color of my truck and struggles with matching it. He absolutely nailed the color! He helped me deal with the other person's insurance to get the truck fixed correctly (insurance wanted to pay about a third of what was quoted). We finally got the correct payout, and the truck was able to be repaired without limitations by insurance. A huge plus is how well Mike kept me posted of the updates with the truck, and whenever I called he always answered the phone. That's a huge plus for me. I would not hesitate to take my classic vehicle to him again. Outstanding work! Thank you so much, Mike!”
