I rarely post a negative review on any business but I am absolutely astounded by the lack of service we have received from this agency. We’ve been paying insurance on a vehicle that doesn’t even exist for four months due to an incorrect VIN number AFTER we had given the correct info to the agency. We’ve made numerous requests for a correction to be made to our policy. Our policy had apparently been moved over from MetLife and when we called again today to follow up on emails we sent two days ago, my husband was told that they couldn’t help him so he called the general customer service number. Mistakes happen. It takes time to resolve issues. I get that… but timely response is key. I cannot do business with any agency who conducts business this way.

THANK YOU CHRISTY!!!!!! The word AMAZING doesn't even come close to this company and the wonderful people running it!!! I was in a pinch (as usual) and ALL I had to do was call CHARLES JENKINS FARMERS INSURANCE and ALL of my problems were solved! They make me literally feel like family. The WHOLE establishment has wonderful people working for them!! If you are in need of ANY insurance give them a call and you are treated like a REAL human being and just not another number! PROGRESSIVE IS AWFUL and I will ALWAYS be with CHUCK and his FARMERS FAMILY!!! Thank you so much for the EXCELLENT care and the time you took to help me out when I REALLY needed it! GOD IS GOOD and HE made some GREAT people at this location!! THANK YOU CHARLES JENKINS FARMERS INSURANCE!!!!

Erica is amazing! She has helped me secure reasonable policies for our cars and house. When he had to replace our roof from storm damage and when our car was hit by deer, the process was seamless and easy to get repairs completed. I've been with multiple insurance companies over the years, and Farmers has been by far the best!

In spite of having had a very good history with Farmers Insurance, the office of Charles Jenkins truly took my satisfaction and appreciation for them to a whole new level.
Dana, office management staff, is who I actually dealt with while having to make some changes to my policy. In spite of the difficulty of having to make these changes, Dana made it practically painless. She was so delightful, helpful, knowledgeable and so very kind and patient with me as I fumbled through the paperwork.
Thank you for walking me through the process Dana. And thank you for following up with me. These days I'm so distracted. But I can't imagine ever dealing with anyone else after having this kind of experience with your office. I don't know what Charles is paying you but you tell him I said it's not enough 😂💕

Christy Allen with Charles Jenkins Farmers Insurance was very helpful in getting me switched over to Farmers Insurance for my auto and home coverage. She was able to get me the same coverage and save me several thousand dollars a year!

Fantastic customer service provided! I was in a pinch with a contract and needed some important insurance documents done asap. I made one call to my insurance agent Christy Allen and she went to work on a Saturday to make sure I was taken care of. It really shows how much this agent cares about her clients!
