“Christy Holbrook was very nice & very helpful. She was extremely thorough on helping me with the initial visit & explaining everything with the CPAP machine on usage & cleaning the machine. I was nervous at first about the appointment but she helped ease my mind & anxiety over this device. Looking forward to my first use tonight & hopefully finally after years of dealing with being unable to get a good night's rest everything goes smooth. “I run two machines, a portable unit that has been running daily for 5 years, and a large centrox unit that has been running 7-days, 12 hours per day, for over 10 years. Some compressor parts have worn out over the years but customer service have always been helpful and we've never had the machines out of service for long.Recently had a solenoid valve died after a decade of use. Customer service responded same day with accurate information, helped me get the spare part from a local supplier the next day, and we are back in operation. Could not be happier with these two machines and the service we've experienced.”
