“Had the greatest experience this afternoon at the Jasper Home Depot. I needed a stair stringer and picked up one of the precut ones. As I was leaving Scott M in lumber said hold up. He pulled his tape out and compared to the old one I brought in and it wouldn’t work. Scott M, (wished I could remember his last name) got me a raw 2x10 and with his square traced out what I needed. Great guy and really appreciated him going above and beyond.”
“Every time I go into this store I am reminded why I shop here. Their service is amazing. I have been helped by Don a few times and he and his colleagues go above and beyond.”
“Mrs. Mary in the pro section is always going out of her way to help out. Even when the line is extremely long, you can tell she’s doing everything she can to get us all out in a timely manner. I always come to this Home Depot just to get her Customer experience.”
“I'm always dropping by this store. It's a seasonal purchase location for me. You know... potted flowers for each season, lawn stuff for summer, paints for spring (for some reason I'm always painting something in Spring), and of course Christmas lights and gifts for dad and nephew!!!! This location has good folks up front on registers. If the self scan are the only thing open these nice folks will help you ring everything up and doesn't take forever to checkout. Good customer service move that I appreciate”
“Every time I come to the pro desk, Miss Cindy greets me with such joy, she gets me out and such an expeditious process, and it is such an awesome experience every time I look forward to coming to this Home Depot every time, even though it takes time out of my day.”

“Amazing experience with this company. I’ve ordered twice and they are now my go-to supplier. I have a “competitor” to Tower Garden and the difference found in AUF’s seedling and delivery quality is amazing. Seedlings arrived in an actual growing tray clearly marked with clear instructions and they are thriving!”
