Worst post office i have ever used. They've lost my mail on two separate occasions. They keep saying the sender must have out the address on it incorrectly. One time they did find it and guess what, it has the correct address.... they're just incompetent. This time their incompetence cost me hundreds of dollars.
Going to the UPS Store tomorrow to rent a box. Used them for years before and never had this happen once.

They will hold your mail and then try to blame a sub driver instead of just saying 'we messed up and started your hold too early.' They just need people who will pay attention and at least be honest. I hate being lied to. And I know they lied because I could hear them talking and laughing about it. I may be old but I'm not deaf. This happened at the Ball Ground GA post office.

The citizens of Ball Ground are lucky to still have a Post Office that delivers that family feel. I use the USPS hard and on the daily for years now and the Ball Ground post office is by far a stand out. Thank you all for over twenty years of fantastic service.

Lost my extremely important mail that I stupidly mailed with them instead of UPS. No resolve after calls and emails. I would never use USPS again!

Was at the Nelson Post Office at 9:30 a.m. and it was closed. Didn't realize that today 12/11/23 was a holiday. Nothing posted stating it should be closed. Poor management!

The worst post office in the world ! Multiple missing mail complaints and nobody will help or even act like wanna help . They say they will call you next day to report lost package and they never call . Will pay double to ship through ups from now on !

Awful experience with this post office! Jenny, the post master I believe, was extremely rude! Called me to be rude over a package I wasn’t concerned with. Same exact situation with a lot of people I know too. So rude

Ball Ground post office is a wonderful spot! Helpful staff inside and over the phone when I have a quick question. The postmaster knows her stuff and you can tell she truly cares.

Nice, clean smaller-sized post office. Easily accessible and the staff is friendly and very helpful. Unlike a lot of other post offices, they even answer the phone!

Not sure what is going on in this post office. I mailed a package with a destination 28 miles away over a week ago, and it is now in New Jersey. Why? The other package is a birthday gift for my granddaughter in Raeford, NC. It also has come cards my son collected when he was in Iraq. I have no clue where they are over a week later. I will use UPS from now on.
