Went in for an ac capacitor and Mike Kison was very helpful and knowledgeable. He use to be my GM at another business. His hard work and dedication doesn't go unnoticed. Thanks for the friendly staff and professionalism.

I come in, buy multiple items, and they won't even allow me to use the restroom. Every time they say the restroom is out of order because of how old the building is. So Ace Hardware has no plans of ever fixing the restrooms? Really? So they expect me to believe this? Every time I come in the same excuse? So your employees have to walk to another location to use the restroom? I will never make another purchase from this lying establishment again. I'll be contacting the home office about this nonsense! Thanks cashier Wendy for causing your business to losing another patron. Lame.

I purchased an Orbit wand waterer from here. First time using it water come out of one of the seams. I couldn’t find the receipt however I used my Ace rewards card. The cashier could have looked it up to verify my purchase. They refused. At the same time I purchased $350.00 worth of plant soil and the employees failed to check my box that the soil came in( from shipping). When I opened the box there was a Dewalt set of reciprocating saw blades. I returned to the store to pick up another order of soil I special ordered and brought in the blades. I did the honest thing but yet this Ace store couldn’t do the right thing and refund or exchange my defective Orbit handheld waterer. And the associates were very unprofessional. Ace Hardware I’m very disappointed. Buyer beware! Ace doesn’t stand behind the products they sell.

They have pretty much everything you need for the house and yard. Prices are very high but convenient. Don't know if you actually save any money rather than driving to a big box store. Friendly people.
