John helped me with my iphone upgrade. He was very knowledgeable and efficient and even stayed late to finish the process dur to my phone thst I upgraded from was old and kept shutting off while trying to transfer my data to new phone. I really like the Verizon Store in Barnesville Ga.

I have never had a problem with this verizon store until the other day. When I walked in I didn't think the person in there was the worker. They were dressed like they were going to a gym and they did not have a name tag on. To top it off their customer service matched the way they were dressed. I explained to the individual that I was there to open an account for a disable vet who was unable to walk. They said that they could not do that unless the customer was in the store. Once again I explained to this individual that the man was unable to walk; they didn't care. So I asked if I could purchase a sim card and that I would open an account on line and activate the card myself. The individual said that that was impossible. That they would have to activate it. This individual was more concerned about eating their lunch and texting on their phone then helping customers. I guess Verizon has gotten so big that they could careless about their customers.

My mom was having issues with her cellular service. We went into the Barnesville store to get her phone back up and working. Mel provided excellent customer service and was very patient with us. He resolved the issue and mom’s phone is back working again. Thanks again Mel!

Came in for a "free" phone upgrade on an account. We paid the taxes in store and clarified there would be charges on the account; the full amount of the phone $1000 was billed to the account and never mentioned to us. Their customer service was unprofessional and the sales representative did not seem to understand the promotions that I was applicable for and did not explain them fully to us before we made our purchase.
I called customer service believing this to be a simple billing error after getting the bill and they did not offer a refund. If the offer that was explained to us was not accurate, I would not have made the purchase.
On top of this, the phone that they gave me had an issue with the battery so I had to ask for a new one, which seems to be causing more confusion to the situation.

Mel was fabulous!!! He was multitasking with many clients at the same time and still managed to make it a great experience for all!!
