Would truly and rightfully give 0 stars. The absolute worst service I have ever experienced both times I stopped at the Baxley CVS. I can understand bad day but this is consistently bad. This store has a label in the front window that it is a UPS drop off. I went in to return items from Amazon and a gentleman named Cale was helping me with the return very polite guy. Then all of a sudden a lady name Cheryl comes over loud, rude and disrespectful and tells him that he can not use THEIR tape to tape the label on the return. She said that I needed to go purchase tape and tape the label myself because the company does not give them enough budget to \\\"giveout\\\" tap. We are literally talking about 1 maybe to strip of tape!

Asked for my medication to be filled in Hazlehurst. Was sent to Baxley because Hazlehurst couldn’t fill the medication due to them supposedly being out fine whatever I head to Baxley. I get there explaining the situation the lady at the window is SUPER rude right off the bat turns around with the window open to talk bad about cvs in Hazlehurst without even explaining the situation to me is talking to the other pharmacist about how they just send people over and don’t let anyone know. Finally comes back and looks at me disgusted and tells me she can’t do anything because my medication is pending at Hazlehurst( with the worst possible attitude) I say ok I’ll call them. I call get everything worked out pull back through. I tell her they said it should be ready to pull now and she gets LOUD with me and tells me it’s pending so she can’t without even checking anything. I proceed to tell her how I just called and finally get her to check. She tells me to come back in a few mins I double check how long it will be because mind you I just come from Hazlehurst and have a child that’s highly contagious with strep with me. She tells me a few mins I leave come back they’re closed for an hour lunch. I go in to politely ask the lady if there’s anyway possible I could grab this medication I can’t wait. I’m literally standing at the counter for 10-15 mins the lady finally speaks up to the other pharmacist and makes a smart remark about how I was standing at the window. Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had at any public place. Especially a pharmacy. The lady I spoke with today definitely should be retained on customer service! Will not be using CVS again this isn’t the first problem I’ve had with them but definitely the BIGGEST!

If it was possible to rate 0 stars I would. I have never come to this pharmacy and not had a problem. I’ve been given other people’s prescriptions several times, waited around hours for a prescription even though I got a call saying it was ready. The last straw was today when I was told my 4 month old sick baby’s prescription wont be ready until tomorrow. This was 5 hours after it was sent out and after I had already been up there once and was told it would be ready when I came back later. Then my husband calls 5 min later and all of a sudden it’s ready now ? The laziest and rudest staff I’ve ever seen. Needless to say I’ve switched pharmacies now

Called to transfer my prescriptions back to cvs. They took my information and told me it would take 48 hours to complete. Got a call a couple of hours later and was told the pharmacist said no, I can keep them where I have them. I would like to thank the pharmacist for that as there service gets worse everytime you go there.

Terrible terrible CVS. Entered prescription under an incorrect name.. misspelled address and instructions on prescription label. Takes 18 hours to fill a prescription given by urgent care. Can't work too close to closing or they turn into pumpkins. I told Andea that I wanted to wait for my prescription to be filled and she looked at me aghast and exclaimed "we close in 15 minutes!" Staff discusses and makes fun of customers. Literally told a customer they could walk in the front door if they didn't like waiting in the drive through line. Extensively commented on how a person was walking or bending in the parking lot. This place is an absolute joke. The exterior maintenance of their building certainly reflects their attention to detail and pride in their work.

Rude! I called to try and explain my situation and was put on hold 3 times while being cut off each time. It took me three times to attempt to explain the issue. Then the lady that kept putting me on hold somehow disconnected me. So I called back… and they said they could not help me . Keep in mind I have used CVS pharmacy for YEARS! I only needed a partial because my CVS pharmacy was out. *Heartburn meds….. (really???)

I finally decided to get the covid-19 vaccine and when the pharmacist administered the vaccine I felt this cool feeling going down my arm and when I looked the vaccine had actually ran all the way down to my elbow and formed a droplet. I asked the Pharmacist what it was and she was hesitant in answering and I was finally told that my muscle had apparently pushed some of the vaccine back out of my arm.The dosage is very small to begin with being only 0.3 mL so I asked if I had received enough after all I was supposed to receive 0.3mL and the reply was I don’t know and then I was asked if I wanted another shot and I was like is it ok for me to receive another shot? I was met with hesitancy and then was told she would give me another 0.1 mL and was told to come back July 09 2021 to receive my second round vaccine. So I stop after work and tell the pharmacist “ a different one from the first” I’m here for my 2nd covid-19 vaccination and he says “NOT TODAY YOU”RE NOT” I asked what do you mean I was told to come back On the 9th and it’s the 9th of July and he says I don’t have any mixed up and to come back tomorrow and I replied but I was told to be here on the 9th and I told the other pharmacist I’d be here after work and again he says come back tomorrow. I ask what time and he replies any time we open at 10:00 AM.So if I decide to go back tomorrow will I be 100% vaccinated against covid-19 virus since I still don’t know if I received the proper dosage on the 1st and 2nd shots? Also I planned on getting the shot on a Friday so it would allow me more recovery time in case of side effects and now that window has been shortened by at least 17 hours or more. This CVS has caused me severe emotional distress by not knowing if I actually received enough vaccine 3 weeks ago and by making me wait at least 17 hours or more for the last dosage.

I went to CVS to pick up a prescription after they had called to say it was ready. After waiting >20 minutes in the pickup line I called and was told scripts were only filled from line 2, and line 1 was only for Covid-19 testing (a self applied nose swab). There was no sign saying that, nor did the telephone message say that. The staff is rude and obviously don't care about customers. I'll pay more for any prescriptions or other needs before I go back to this CVS. I'll also ensure anyone and everyone I talk with knows how sorry and unprofessional this store is.

I have only gone to this store a couple of times, but during those times I've noticed that some employees don't greet you and aren't too friendly, especially if you use coupons. An employee was complaining about how many overrides she had done with a customer, and talking bad about that customer. While I understand overrides aren't good for an employee ,that doesn't justify being rude to customers. I've seen employees grunt and complain about having to deal with customers that use a lot of coupons. I wish they would change their attitudes about this since some families can't afford to pay full price. That being said the store does have more variety in it ,and items generally tend to be in stock at this store. I haven't gotten any prescriptions filled at this CVS, but it appears to be orderly. If you want amazing customer service it's best to take the drive to Hazlehurst!

I love this CVS, but disappointed with a recent company policy! My 7 yr old has recently started taking medication to treat a disorder he has. The first two prescriptions were perfect and he finally got the hang of swallowing pills. On the 3rd refill, the pill changed and is now 3x the size of the other one. I was not informed of this change, nor given the opportunity to try someone else for the smaller brand. Instead, I had to find out when I opened it and then the CVS won't exchange it out. I was told to cut them in half and give two halves or crush it and put in applesauce. This is not fair to my child, for the cooperate level to save a $! I am forced to wait a month to get a pill that my young son can take conveniently! What a poor way to force the cheaper brand on customers! I did call cooperate and complain, in the hopes that this won't happen again to my child nor anyone else's!
