“I’d like to start by saying, this is a great store and the employees are wonderful. I visit this store 1-3 times a week wether it’s running to grab something on the weekend or grabbing stuff to make dinner after work. I go to this store instead of others because the employees are much nicer at this location, with that being said.. today I witness a customer being so severely rude to an employee who was doing everything she knew to help and the women just did not seem to have any sympathy or patience. This is not the only time I have seen this happen in this store or to this certain employee but this was one of the more intense encounters. I hope this employee felt as thought she was able to speak up to management about this to prevent this from happening in the future. If you want good workers you have to be good to them! Again great customer service and clean store. The only bad thing is how ugly the customers get.”
