Fierce Crossfit is a fantastic gym. Coach Shawn and the other trainers are super nice and take an interest in you no matter your fitness level. Tips are given to get the most out of every workout. Since I have been going, I have seen a change in my fitness and energy level. I feel at least 10 years younger!!
