They are very rude we wanted to buy something and because someone else had looked at it before us and the employee gave them the wrong price and we got the right price they gave it to the other people that is so wrong of them to do that so i highly suggest not going to this one in Baxley ga

So I went the other day with my husband and there was a doll house that he wanted to buy for our daughter, it was outside next to the building so he asked about it and they told him they had to price it first so we went inside and he waited as they brought it in. So we waited and they were pulling out carts of things but yet they weren't trying to pull the doll house out. We could see the doll house sitting there next to the cart and it seemed like they weren't trying to take it out they were well aware that we wanted to buy it but I just felt like they wanted to keep it for themselves. So after about an hour waiting we decided to just leave. I've always come to this Goodwill to shop. It is a great place to find good stuff, but this specific day just was not it. They did have some employees that I did not recognize before.

I love this Goodwill. The staff (Jada, Jolene, Anna, Chris, Grayson, (the new lead who used to work in the back but is now up front)(the lady who always and I mean ALWAYS has the back wall straight and so pretty and clean) are extremely nice and go out of their way to help me out when I’m looking for something. They keep the store well stocked and clean. Can’t say enough good things about the staff, they are excellent. Don’t worry, new review with names coming soon!!!!!! You guys are the best!!!!!

I went to this goodwill with a positive mind thinking that this place was a place that took donations from the public to help the people that didn't have anything such as clothing and so on but i was turned away for $20 worth of clothes an it cost me a job this morning because I wasn't dressed properly i guess that was their goodwill to me now my lights are out and im in same place i was in yesterday but in the dark. Thank you goodwill ill remember ill make sure I repost thi allover social media wow you get to embrace me two times in one day

The employees are anything except friendly. The store looks/smells dirty. Even when I told the cashier that everyone had been rude, she continued to be so.
