3 people working had two customers being waited on. I was the 3rd. Waited for about 15 mins or more then decided I would find another Verizon. They were talking about everything. But i just didn't have time to wait on their conversations. No one was directly rude or disrespectful but I was passing through and could not wait. Wanted to make a payment for my son in the military.

I’ve been a Verizon customer for almost 10 faithful years and my experience on yesterday was by far THE BEST…I’m embarrassed that I can’t remember my agents name because she definitely deserves her just due. I’m very big on Customer Service and this young lady was amazing by far. If you’re ever in the Baxley, Ga. area & are having issues with your cellular phone please take my advice and stop in to the Verizon Store and you will thank me later

I’m here to sing the praises of Marissa!!! I’m 65 and knew nothing about fixing the problem with my iPhone. The first thing I saw coming into the Baxley store was Marissa’s big beautiful smile along with How can I help you! Less than 10 minutes and she’d fixed the issue. Told me if I needed her help in the future just come in. I appreciate good customer service, it’s so rare nowadays. Marissa made my life a little bit easier today. I’m so thankful.

I have been dealing with issues from the Verizon store in baxley Ga since early Oct 2023.. I have been with Verizon for 13+ yrs and when I stepped into the baxley store to change from personal line acct to business their mistakes set everything in motion...we where there for almost 5hrs, we were mislead on various items, I was not given a quote or hard copy of any that was stated or agreed on. All of the Verizon errors have resulted in a $645 credit adjustment. I have been promised the credit by multiple reps and supervisors and it has yet to be processed. Our phones have been disconnected 3 times and several billing extensions have been given for this credit to be approved. I have sheets after sheets of dates, times and names of the people I have spoke to ( I'm no dummy). My loyalty of 14yrs with Verizon apparently doesn't mean anything. And no one in the support center knows their job or how to follow thru or follow up. The advocate Marissa was very unprofessional and has costed me time and money that was very unnecessary and has lied to me about the what I would be paying and what was on my business account. I'm almost ready to just throw my hands and leave Verizon all together.

Sabrina was amazing! Answered all our questions and informed us of everything we could get, with lots of savings! Our past visit was taken care of by David, but after texting him he said to go in and ask for Sabrina, that she was very good. The visit did not take long at all, and my husband and I upgraded both our phones to Ultra Samsung 24! Added the watch and tablet! Thank you Sabrina for helping us!!?
