I have been with Ameris bank since they opened in Atlanta. I have used numerous locations. However, there is one location and one representative that stands out by far, Adriana at Berkeley Lake location. She is the best out of all the reps I have used at ANY bank. She goes above and beyond just doing her job. She always does what she says she will do. She shows exceptional customer service! Adriana is a huge asset to Ameris. Thanks Adriana for ALL your help!!

Biggest mistake ever switching my small business to this bank. Personal banking no issues but for small businesses would not recommend. Excessively long wait times on deposits, multiple times card would not go through leaving me unable to purchase materials. Can't ever get a call back and limits my ability to pay laborers.

We have been coming here for years, and they have been friendly and helpful all the time. Mrs. Guerrero is amazing and so sweet, and Mr. Wesley is always willing to answer questions and help out. Love it here!

My questions were answered available resources were discussed. Options discussed and weighed above all I spoke to someone who understood what he was talking about so answered questions to my understanding. Did not sell me out as if I was going shopping.
It certainly is a great place to bank if you want peace of mind. I had my card renewed and ready to go. No waiting for weeks no temporary cards that was good.
