“Always great experience here. They are courteous and complete service quickly. When I go in for an oil change, they lmk when I am sure for other services, but I never feel like I'm being over-sold. On my most recent visit, Brea was helpful and nice. Daniel, another employee, finished up with another customer and came over to help Brea finish up with me. I don't think she even asked for help... LOVE the teamwork!”
“I tried changing my own oil but had troubles getting the bolt off. I searched for a good place to get an oil change and rushed to Grease Monkey 30 minutes before closing time and the guys were super nice about helping me! Definitely will continue to go!”

“David, Darryl and DeWarren were awesome. I went here when it was Valvoline and was hesitant to return because I have had bad experiences with Jiffy Lube in the past. David explained to me that it was Not the same Jiffy Lube and they went with the name because there was confusion with the express care name attached to Valvoline. Phew.
Anyway, all three gentlemen were polite, Helpful with my questions, and knowledgeable. It’s always a very easy visit and you’re usually out in 15 minutes. Definitely check these guys out.”

“I was on the way to work when I had a red check engine light that my coolant level was low and my engine temperature was overheating. I didn’t think I’d have time to get it checked out but I decided safety first! So I pulled into my local Grease Monkey and they were able to top me off (for free!) with coolant in 15 minutes. The manager Antonio also pointed out some other issues to me, which I appreciated! I’ll definitely be back for an oil change!”

“Wow! I thought I had a radiator leak after i got the coolant flush serviceso I called up here and talked to Tristien who put me on the phone with the manager Chris. This guy came to my house to make sure everything was ok, and had me follow him up to the shop... this is the best service I have ever received from ANY company EVER!! Turns out nothing was wrong, but for him to do all of that just to make sure I was ok is nothing short of perfect customer service! Thank you so much! I can't tell you how happy I am right now! I hope I can be as good as you are one day!

“I had a wonderful first time experience at this particular location on Roswell Rd. I stopped by for a oil change after-work and was very tired...but I must say the pleasant, efficient and live energy was present! I smiled, laughed and conversed occasionally as I received a oil change by Trey. I even complimented his leadership skills in running a efficient/professional establishment. Everyone had a great service skills that I observed and looked very presentable. I've been to other locations...and this is one is #1!
And not to mention it honesty felt like getting a car worked on by like a close member of the family. Highly appreciated.”

I came in for an oil change, but they went above and beyond by helping me identify and address an issue with my brake pedal light switch as well. Their attention to detail, honesty, and willingness to help made a stressful situation much easier.

“Originally just wanted to get front struts replaced with my own purchases. They were more than glad to do it. No warranty of course, but that was fine. Needless to say, they found other issues, took care of them and got me back out on the road. All at what ended up being a very fair price considering the time and effort they put forth. Will be going back for other work when it's due.”

“I first went to the Toyota dealership were i waited an hour and a half only to find out that Toyota hadn't even started. I got my car back from Toyota and drove it to the Vavoline service center.
The Valvoline service is xtremely fast and friendly. The service was a fast team effort were different team members were performing different tasks. The work was performed and completed while I waited in my car.
I will be returning.”
