I scheduled an appointment on Banfield’s website and chose the 5:30 PM option because of my work schedule. I showed up to the appointment only for them to tell me they won’t take her and that they tried texting me to reschedule. I received no texts whatsoever from them with the number I gave them. She said the last appointment they take is 5, but then why on their website do they have a 5:30 option? She tried to say that the booking system on their website is only to request an appointment, yet the email and website both say very clearly it’s to make /schedule an appointment. She then went on to try to sell me different wellness plans like a car salesman without caring that she was denying me an appointment I had booked.

they were super super nice & caring for my kitten, especially for my first time visit. even though they were understaffed on a saturday, they were attentive and supportive, i appreciate that so much. they truly are wonderful here!!!

IT'S A SCAM DO NOT SIGN UP FOR A PLAN!! I chose this place because it's literally 2 minutes down the road. But now I see the truth. I have a cat. I got her from a neighbor and wanted to get her checked up on. I took her there to get her rabies and other necessary things. I was reeled into getting a plan because it would cost less. 5 months later, I now want to cancel my plan. They want $271!!!!! For the 8 months that I'm not going to be using this "plan" for. I'm a student who's going to be attending UGA. I can't afford that. Will definitely be going to Winder Corner clinic across from Publix even if it is 10 minutes.

Banfield is a wonderful facility. The staff and doctors are very welcoming and pleasant, my dog won’t let anyone near him, he now only allows there doctors to touch him. I was sold at that point. We love Banfield and would recommend them to all pet lovers that I know ?

I will apologize up front for not remembering her name, but the dr at Banfield in Bethlehem, GA was one of the kindest people I have ever met. We were faced with having to euthanize our golden retriever. The dr we saw was wonderful. The staff has always been great, but this particular Dr was patient, caring, and genuinely concerned for us. She even prayed for us. She will be our veterinarian for the rest of my life. It’s not often that you meet people that special, but we were blessed today. She helped us through an awful time and we are wholeheartedly grateful for her. I will try and update this when I find her name, so that she can be recognized for her bedside manner.

I've been with Banfield since 09. And I've let a lot of things slide by. But this year's ridiculous, they keep going up on the prices. With the same wellness plan, they don't notify nobody that they're going up. And then they double charge you concerning medicines. Things that normally costs about $10. They wanna charge you $35 -40.
