The 1 star is for Google Maps and for the shopping center not updating their sign. There is not a UPS store in that shopping center.

I went to the UPS store to return something. The employee was really helpful. I didn't get her name. She noticed the tracking number did not print on my receipt so she wrote it on my receipt. Great catch and great service!
