I placed an order for the Sweet Summer Fruit Arrangement on 6/24/25 with next-day delivery. Not only was it never delivered, but I also haven’t received any communication or resolution. I’ve reached out multiple times via email, voicemail, and phone calls, and have been completely ignored.
This was meant to be a thoughtful gift, and the lack of customer service has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I expected more from a company known for special occasion deliveries. I will not be ordering from Edible Arrangements again.

The delivery arrived two weeks late without any explanation, and the fruit was old and moldy. I’ll be contacting corporate about this issue, and I strongly advise against purchasing from this company. They don't even answer their phone.

Ordered for flowers and baked goods for Valentines Day, requested delivery to my wife's work place. The delivery person arrived as she was walking out the door to go home. The order was not what I ordered. The flowers were from Publix and still had a price sticker on them. I have called 14 times with no answer. The worst customer service ever. Do not buy from this location!

Michelle and her coworker are so amazing I came in super late after work to get a birthday treat for my little sister and Michelle offered to make me something because they had nothing left for birthdays for the day, this is hands down the most amazing service I have experienced! I ordered a fruit basket and chocolate covered strawberries for my mother for her 71st birthday. I wanted to make it special because I don't live in town and I wouldn't be able to see her in person on her special day. She called me after receiving the fruit basket to tell me that the fruit was horrible and she couldn't even eat it. She said the cantaloupe smelled sour and was mushy, the melon was hard and under ripe, and the strawberries had no taste. She said she was very disappointed by the quality of the fruit. The very next day she threw it away. I called the store to speak with the manager to try and discuss the situation but after leaving multiple messages for the manager, I have yet to receive a call. The only response I got from one employee after explaining that the melon was too hard for my mom to bite into was that their "melon is supposed to be crunchy". If possible, order from another store that has higher standards for their quality of their fruit and employees.

Customer service needs some major work. I ordered an arrangement and was delivered the next day. No complaints there. However, when we started eating it, we found a worm in one of the pieces of fruit. I contacted the store and was told I would need to speak to the owner. I emailed the owner and also sent a video showing the worm. Is been a week since I made that phone call/email. I called again today to follow up. Employee said she would call the owner right after we got off the phone and would have the owner contact me. Still haven't heard back from the owner. As it stands, I probably won't ever order from them again.

The arrival and delivery were excellent. Wonderful presentation of the fruit tray, along with a stunning bouquet of roses and babies breath. Amazing job. Top quality. Would highly recommend this location for all needs.

I'm in Ohio, buying a gift for family in GA. The Bethlehem store was FANTASTIC. Fast!, friendly! HELPFUL !! The other GA stores wouldn't even answer the phone. The Bethlehem location is the epitome of GREAT customer service. Thank you!!!

My son ordered from the Bethlehem store on Sunday morning, picked them up on Sunday afternoon. This was supposed to be a birthday gift to me, but it was a big let down. The strawberries were wilted and I found mold on several of them. No one seems to care about quality anymore.
