Took my dog here a handful of times as we moved back to town and had heard good things. But in my experiences with them each visit, it always seemed like a sales quota was trying to be met. I got numerous calls trying to sell additional foods/shampoos/meds after we had concluded appointments and purchased those things from them. Just seemed very much like they care more about the money than the animals they’re tending to. After many appointments here, I made an honest mistake and got my days mixed up on my dogs appointment. After asking to please waive the fee as a repeat customer who has NEVER missed an appointment— they refused. While a $25 fee isn’t the end of the world, it’s more about the principal to me. As for me and my fur baby, we will not be back. I want a vet who will show their utmost care for my dog. Not just the total on the receipt.

First visit with my 5yr old pup. Staff was very friendly & welcoming, as was Dr. Anderson. They care about your pets & took time to discuss all my concerns & treatment options. Glad I made the switch. ?

We have used Happy Tails for bout 10 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else! The staff and doctors are caring and attentive. We love them!

The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is that we had to wait a good 45 minutes after our appointment time. This may be a one-time thing but it was our first visit so I don't know if the wait was out of the ordinary or not. The care Ruby got from the tech and Dr. Patel was excellent. He checked her from top to bottom, front to back, gave her injections and did blood work. She was very calm the entire time, which is sort of unusual for cats. We will definitely go back.

If I could give 10 stars I would. We have used them for all of our pets. Recently we had a puppy with parvo and they were so caring, knowledgeable, and helpful. They treated us all like family. Rue and I are so thankful for you all and the help you provided her!

Been here several times with my blue heeler. If you know heelers... you know they are wild and can be a real handful. The team at happy tails are great. Patient and understanding. Would definitely recommend them. This is my second heeler and I've seen how quite a few vets handle heelers. Some are definitely better than others. Happy tails is a great place.

Brought my aunt's dog for an allergy shot. My aunt has been a loyal customer for years. They wouldn't give her a senior discount and charged $37 just to walk in the door for a $78 shot. This place is so hard up for money that they bilked an 81-year-old woman on her birthday after her three-month stay in the hospital. Your practice is a real class act!

Dr. Tanner and her team here have been so kind and helpful to us with our senior cat. She had chronic kidney issues and the treatment she received gave us more time than we thought, which was worth more than they will ever know. They fit us in weekly for injections and went over things and talked through everything so we understood what was happening. We lost our sweet baby Sasha and are devastated, but we know everything that could have been done was done which lessened some of the guilt when making final decisions. Thank you so much for everything.

Wonderful staff that always go above and beyond to help. Dr. Tanner was incredibly compassionate and knowledgeable and gave us an extra five months with our cat Sasha that we will be eternally grateful for.

We have been with Dr Klein for over 2 years and are very happy with the care of our two senior pups. Dr Klein and all the staff at Happy Tails are great, especially Alex, Caryn , Heather and Valerie but really all of them. they are friendly, always available to help with questions and I can always get same day appointments if the pups are not well. Everyone is so friendly and has great bedside manners. They really make you feel special. Over the last year our pup has developed some illnesses but through it all Dr Klein has been great in his care. Explains everything so well and answers all your questions, keeping us calm throughout all the tests and illnesses . Best vet we had and would highly recommend them
