Neil has always been fair and reasonable with my repairs. I have been bringing my Chevy Suburban to him for about 5 years now for oil service, tires, and other issues that have arose. He installed my new transmission in 2021. All has been good. I definitely recommend his services.

DO NOT GO HERE! I would rate 0 stars if it would let me. My son took his truck up there a week and half ago and finally got an estimate that was more than the truck is worth, not to mention on problems that weren’t even there. He told them he would get back to them, but when he went to pick the truck up they had already done the work even though he never said to proceed. We had to get another mechanic to pick the truck up the next day and it was literally a $40 part. However, when the mechanic changed the part out it would crank but not move. When he checked to see what was happening he found wires that had been moved to incorrect spots and others that were no longer connected. WHO WOULD DO THIS! I have dealt with pricey mechanics before but I have never had someone to literally sabotage your vehicle. If I would not have had another mechanic physically go up there we would be in a horrible position right now. Thank goodness for caring and honest people. They are out there but NOT AT NEALS!

THESE PEOPLE WILL ROB YOU! if you have no knowledge on your vehicle avoid this place they will over charge you and create more problems so they can get into your pockets. they are thieves and liars.

I've never had a problem with their repairs or prices until now. I spent almost 2,700.00 and it didn't last one day. They didn't even repair their mistake from before which, I think, caused the 2,700.00 problem. I'm now without a vehicle and no money to get even a used one. I'm on disability and can't afford it.

Over priced! You can do better at other mechanics, like Grayson Automotive. Maybe a bit further but they will check out your car for free unlike this place who will charge you $100 just to look at your car and not deduct that service charge if you choose to get work done. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

We had family in over Easter weekend and and unfortunately had car problems. Lee was able to get us in and taken care of, and they kept open after hours to finish our car, so our family could leave on time!!!! Great family business and great work!!
