Not the best customer service at all! Half the employees don’t help you out and not friendly at all. I’d rather go to the mall of Georgia or Athens old navy. Totally would not Recommend coming here and it’s so dirty there too. Just a bad store. Won’t be getting my business.

Staff is very friendly. However, the clearance section is so overwhelming. You can barely move the hangers because it’s so crowded and the sizes are all mixed. The fitting room is so dirty. Tags and trash on the floor plus dust everywhere.

This one is by far my favorite Old Navy, everything is well organized, and the fitting rooms are clean. The staff is always so friendly and willing to help. Zoya, the sr. lead and managers are absolute sweethearts. I actually hate shopping in stores and prefer to do it online, but it’s always such an overall pleasant experience here that it makes me feel good to come back.
