Very pet and owner friendly! Clean, well organized and well stocked. Super quick to ask if you need anything and very helpful. If they don't have something, they'll do their best to see how you can get it or alternatives.

I have been a loyal petsmart customer for years and this evening i had the unfortunate experience of dealing with a manager that should not be one. Judy iS J patronizing, inconsiderate and seems to not care at all about animals. After the way she spoke to me 1 can only imagine that she treats the employees even worse. Petsmart needs to urgently reevaluate their management team, as 1 have now heard from several people that have had the same experience. It's a sad day when local rescuers and fosters feel theyn need to look in other counties to provide for animals because people like Judy exist, and are allowed to work with animals. The only positive thing I have to say about this location is that there are some wonderful girls in the grooming salon who are always willing to help with purchasing dog/cat food when you take in an animal in need.

0 STARS!! DO NOT GET GROOMED HERE. they also kept a bird in a cage for over a year back in 2023-2024. Its mandatory to sell em after a few months. Either way based on what I've read just DONT GO HERE!!!

Had a great experience with Crystal grooming our dog! She was very loving and thorough.
Update... Crystal is still Amazing!! The service and care we receive here starts at the front door and carries through the time we leave.
Update: there is no update. This PetSmart they're grooming staff their front end everyone is still super helpful and super nice just as they've always been cannot recommend highly any more than I already have. If I could give them more stars I would.

The team member are great and great customer, however the manager is awful and cruel. I went with my toddlers to buy a small breed dragon and it was almost closing time and the great manager said no sale when I asked to get the pet. I had been waiting for him to help other customers yet I was the one left with upset kids. When someone really want to help they do period whether there are rules or not. Thank you Manager David for your awful customer service.

The grooming center here is great. I know some might complain that they don't clean up. But they clean as fast as they can due to how many pets come thru this location, it's understandable if you only have 2 or 3 people working back there. But the service (all of the nice employees) were great with Roxy and she looked and smelled amazing afterwards. The customer service here is wonderful, because they're so friendly, and super helpful!

I originally had a grooming appointment scheduled for Sunday, but I called in this morning to see if there was any availability to move it to today. Crystal let me know they were booked for the day but if I could make it there within the next 30 minutes she could squeeze my dog in. She did not at all have to do this, but I appreciate her for doing so. Crystal has been seeing Remy since she was a puppy and has always done an amazing job grooming her. If you're looking for someone to take care of your fur baby's grooming needs, I highly recommend. Thank you again Crystal, it's been a great start to Remy's 1st Birthday.

Purchased a $500 fish tank and stand. When coming home and taking all the supplies that came with it out, the bottom was cracked. Called and the refused to allow me to bring back just the stand without returning the whole thing even though they had the same tank that could be exchanged. Every time we have been to this Petsmart the team is never helpful.

Took our 4 month old puppy to get a full haircut. She had already received a puppy introductory trim a month earlier. We had already introduced her to loud noises and buzzing sounds around her body and she had never acted odd. Went to pick her up and were told that she was too scared to receive a full haircut and had only trimmed her face and private parts. We were still charged for a full haircut though. Went straight home and ordered a grooming kit from Amazon and cut her hair ourselves with zero issues. I feel like if they would’ve tried a little harder they would’ve had a customer for life.
