Drove over an hour to buy the last 10ft ethernet cable in stock per employee on the phone. When we got there, they were out of stock but still showed 1 left in stock online. Quality checks on inventory count are super important and can drive a negative customer experience like it did today.

The store is in complete disarray, items scattered everywhere where they’re not supposed to be and items taken out of their packaging. This location is either not managed well or it is very understaffed, or both. If you want to go to a target, go to a different one.

Horrible customer service flawed ordering system the associates roll their eyes while your talking to them about the issues that are caused on their end I asked for a number to help resolve my issue at customer service and the associate Jack gave me the number to the gift card services totally unhelpful

Stopped at this location to get a Birthday gift for my granddaughter. I asked associate for help. And did she help me. Best service I ever had anywhere EVER!!! Thank you Geraldine so much. You are truly Amazing!!!

I came into the starbucks in this Target at 8:40 and there was no one there when they open at 8:00 am.

On Monday 5/26/2025 at 3:48 pm my daughter and I were shopping at the Bethlehem Ga location. My daughter found 3 books that she wanted and like always we priced checked with Amazon and when we went to checkout the cashier told us that he couldn't locate the books to price check. He then called a team lead over and all she would say is I'm sorry we can't compare prices because we cant find it. She didn't bother to look herself or offer any type of solution. So I went to customer service to ask them when the price comparing changed and the team lead that had just been at the register came up and rudely interrupted while I was talking with the young lady at customer service. Instead of just telling me repeatedly that we cant do that maybe answer my question and then offer a solution for the issue. what makes it even worse is that on the way home my daughter checked the online target prices and they were the same prices offered by amazon. I wouldn't have had a problem but the team lead could have offered to check target as a solution.

Quiet placement when I visited the store.
We did find what we were looking for.

I had a 20% off coupon on my Target app that showed when you scanned the item I tried to purchase. The Target cashier would not give me the 20% off at the register even though the app clearly advertises the item at 20% off. They told me I would have to pay and go to guest services. So I did. I went to guest services and explained the situation and they agreed that I should be getting an additional 20% off. They initiated a return and then tried to charge me MORE for the item I was supposed to be getting a discount on. Firstly Target should make systems that work and take the discounts they are offering. Secondly, they should train their employees who are operating with thousands of dollars daily simple math. Terrible experience, coming from an employee who worked at that location for over a year.

This Target is well stocked. Anytime I need assistance, it is easily provided. It is very clean and the staff is visible and available.

Dosent matter the day or time, ANY time I call - I get hung up on by EVERY single department. Not once have I gotten to speak to anyone or had anyone answer the damn phone. 👎🏼
