I enjoy shopping here, but am highly disappointed that they chose not to honor the price of a product that was listed on their website. I brought an incorrect price to their attention and they told me it could not be honored.

This review is long overdue and after what happened today, it’s time. I’ve been shopping here for years and have been apart of multiple raffle drawings. This store is my go to for anything. I came in today to buy a gift for someone. Before going I called the store to ask for recommendations and pricing. The always amazing miss Tammy answered and got me multiple options in my price range but recommended me talking to their store expert in that particular type of liquor for more detail. I came in today to see Jerry and he helped tremendously. I am no expert in scotch’s and he helped narrow down the perfect gift.
The review could stop here but it doesn’t.
While Tammy was ringing me up, there was another customer that came in and stated a man outside seemed distressed and needed help. Tammy quickly hurried to finish up my transaction and run outside to help the man. Ultimately everyone was ok, but the heroic efforts of Tammy and the staff needed to be noted.
I’ve always felt Tammy and the rest of the staff cared for their customers but it shined a little brighter today.

Turtle Creek is like the Publix of beverage stores. I always enjoy shopping here. Great atmosphere, HUGE selection, friendly and helpful staff, and great music while you shop. It's a little bit of a drive for me but I decided to make it a bi-monthly trip and just stock up. Not to mention I'm able to find things i haven't been able to find anywhere else. The staff is always so helpful. Enjoyed my interaction with Tammy today. Such a sweetheart. I was going to try wheeling my box out to the Jeep but before I could even finish my transaction Tammy had called someone to the front to carry out for me. I will always make the trip out to Turtle Creek. Oh and if you're into cigars they have a pretty nice humidor. We were able to peek into the cigar bar area and it looked really nice as well.
