There is a sign posted on the front door that states rude people should not enter. How strange. Perhaps having properly trained employees who are courteous, welcoming and attentive to your customers could help alleviate and avoid any unpleasant circumstances. I witnessed and experienced firsthand how aloof, unprofessional and disrespectful some of the employees are at this location. They will blab incessantly on about useless drivel in their personal vapid lives while a customer will wait with boxes online. Maybe try actually doing what you are hired for instead of standing there having a useless conversation will do wonders for your stores reputation.

I complained once before about this store stealing Wi-Fi from neighboring businesses (Barberitos & Dunkin’) when the UPS Store customers often have to use Wi-Fi. Well today I witnessed the blonde employee with glasses tell the Customer in front of me to try using their WiFi or the neighboring businesses’ WiFi. When I pulled up my phone to look at the UPS store’s Wi-Fi options, all three of their Wi-Fi networks were password protected. There is no password posted. I said out loud that it looks like their Wi-Fi networks are password protected twice, but she ignored me and would not help the customer in front of me log into the UPS Store Wi-Fi. She sat there and stared at him until he got out of line and went to the back of the line because he felt pressure from the long line of customers behind him. She is absolutely the least personable person I’ve ever had an encounter with at this location. I noticed other poor reviews mentioning her, as well.

They keep delivering my packages to my neighbors house. I really dislike this ups. I never had issues when I lived in Lawrenceville.

Got there right at 7, and the girl Locked the door in my face. All I had was a drop off. It was ready to go. Terrible business act, And sad human nature of that person for locking the door in my face with a building full of customers. She could have let me drop my box. Someone must've really mistreated her to act like that. I feel sorry for her and won't go back to that location.

The blonde with the glasses is the absolute worst. I over heard her being rude to a customer in front of me. Her attitude towards me was just as bad. So snappy and unprofessional. Whoever she is, needs to go. That was unreal. I’m in customer service myself and that is not how you treat people. Drive 20 minutes to the Monroe location.

The girls working from around 9-12 are always so rude, especially the blonde with glasses. The evening shift is much better but overall the Winder location is much more friendly and efficient.

I typically go here during my lunch and it is fast and the people are helpful and friendly. They do have busier times of day and I just try to avoid them.

The worst place to get copies made in the entire world. You lost a good business account and you have all our papers so mixed up it's horrible, a nightmare and waste of money. WONT EVER BE BACK and spreading word throughout the town hope you shut down

Friendliest UPS store I have been to. I have a UPS store 1 mile away but prefer to drive 5 miles to the Bethlehem UPS to do my ne essities. Efficient, pleasant and recommends easier ways to process my needs. Great job store a owner. Refreshing doing business with your store.
