I paid for my shipping online and when I dropped the package off, the lady behind the counter tossed the package into the cart. There were fragile stickers on every side of the package. Now I found out that the package arrived broken.

Never open. They must take three hour lunches. Save your time and go to the Winder post office instead.

I don’t know what’s going on with this post office but I stopped dropping letters/packages off there after it took THREE months for a package I gave them to even leave the building (was scanned in by them and just sat there for 11 weeks).

Used this location over 50 yrs. After closing my p o box down due to rudeness from postmaster. All my Xmas cards where returned. Take all my out going mail to Winder. Bethlehem the worst location ever!

On December 10, 2023 I dropped off 12 Christmas cards in the lobby. In the designated drop box labeled “Christmas Cards Only”. As of December 19, 2023 not one of those 12 cards has been delivered. Most of them were only going a few miles away! I can’t help but wonder if someone thought there were gift cards included and kept them. I’m extremely disappointed and will never take my mail to this location again. I have not bothered to contact them because nothing will be done anyway. They do not care.

Customer service was really good! My package was delivered to the wrong house and they fixed it! They responded literally the next day!
