“I was in there yesterday, 12/13/25 around 2pm and it was pure chaos. The store was so packed and busy that it was hard hearing myself think. Business was boomin'. Quite often during times like this I like to make note of how the staff handles business whether it is restaurants, retail, you name it. I was so impressed by an employee named Alex who maintained such a positive attitude, always smiling, and continued to remain helpful and calm. I noticed the line forming and before it could get outrageous, Alex opened up the employee register to start checking customers out keeping the flow moving steadily. We need more people like Alex out there”
