“I purchase a lot of stuff online and have it shipped to the store. There are no shipping fees then, no matter the amount. Then you get an email saying your package is at the store and you go pick it up. Easy. The ladies at the checkout and working the floor area, are always friendly and know their stuff. Lots of reasonable priced clothes and accessories to choose from. I have literally spent many a dollar at different Cato stores over the past 20-25 years. I hope the one in Winder stays in business!!”

“Cashier #3699039 : We had a really great experience at Old Navy today. The cashier who helped us was incredibly kind, friendly, and took the time to chat with my daughter in such a warm and patient way. I hate I didn’t ask for her name. My daughter is autistic, and moments like that mean a lot to our family.
Instead of rushing us through the line, she made my daughter feel comfortable and included, and you could tell she genuinely cared about making the interaction positive. They talked about rainbows, leprechaun’s and of course, the pot of gold at the end. Small acts of kindness like that make a big difference.
Thank you for creating such a welcoming experience — it did not go unnoticed. 💙”
