“My great grandmother's bedroom suite was in need of repairs, and I honestly wasn't sure if it could be fixed. The drawers wouldn't slide in and out. The bed frame was broken. The veneer was off in several places, and the wood was dried out and cracking. It held a lot of memories, so I didn't want it to lose the character and charm. He did an amazong job. He is affordable, honest, and takes pride in what he does. We truly enjoyed our visits. We've since used him for dining room chairs. He told us from the beginning that some may not be salvageable (broken backs and missing pieces). However, he was willing to try and made 3 really good ones! I drive almoat 2 hours, without any second thoughts, because his work is some of the best I've ever experienced.”

1743 Lexington Rd, Athens“Vary cool little place to pic through and see what you can find. we found this place while wasting some time around Athens. it is tucked behind a tractor store I had no idea it was back there. defiantly worth checking out.”
“This is an amazing gallery of original art that was just the selection my wife and I needed. Ann Reynolds was an absolute delight, and she was thoroughly knowledgeable about all the artists she represents. Ours was the best experience imaginable.”
“The Starlite Showroom is the best place to find vintage furniture, albums, lamps, etc. the owner, Markie, is the salt of the earth and generally just a superlative human being.”
“Wow! This might be the best antique store I've visited in 20 years! Accents on china, pottery, Civil War memorabilia, old firearms and everything in between.”
“I love this gorgeous, well-curated shop and design company in Athens. Locally owned and operated, BMA at Home is run by the tasteful and friendly Breckyn Alexander. There are gift items at various price points as well as a lovely selection of housewares, fixtures, and furniture. Breckyn also helps with interior design projects. I bought two lighting fixtures for my business from BMA at Home and get compliments on them nearly every day.”
“Some truly great booths in the store. I'm always partial to antique tools and I've found several great quality and at very reasonable prices. My only personal complaint is I'm too far away to enjoy this place more often. Friendly staff, right off Atlanta highway and a good variety of antiques.”
“i love this store it had amazing REAL jewelry and designer bags. I have been here many time and ever time i come back it’s even better! The experience I have had in the shop is better than anywhere other antique store I’ve ever been to!”
“Can find some good treasures if you're willing to dig. Lady working there was not helpful at all, but to give her some benefit of the doubt, it was closing time and she was tired. Still, didn't feel comfortable at all. But loved the stuff..”
