After cancelling my membership I was still charged $50 for a month of membership that I was not planning to use as well as “enhancement fees” yet I was never told what was actually enhanced with my money. I was also charged $20 more for my keycard that I offered to to give back but I was told “I might need it for future use”. *note I was initially charged $20 for that keycard when I signed my membership originally* Another issue I experienced during the COVID-19 crisis I was unable to go to the gym yet was never given any discount while many other local gyms offered discounts as you can’t even use the membership you’re paying for therefore I was literally giving my hard earned money away for nothing! I’ve never had problem when I was at the gym as all the employees were very nice but on the business side they really took advantage of me and I will make sure to NEVER sign another gym contract again!
