The ATC website doesn't have an outage map which would be helpful because their service isn't reliable during storms. Service has improved but I do think there are more ways that they could modernize to make it easier for the rural customer.

The service is great. There are hiccups every now and again but ATC does the best they can to fix it. Charles, in tech support is awesome. He keeps my static IP sorted.

Great when it works. Lately it has been going off more frequently. Not sure why. Works great now.
