you had to take the tractor apart to get pictures of damage to apply for warranty you admitted you didn't apply, and Mahinda want talk about it your not suppose to fix something with out permission i wasn't going to give you my tractor for $2,300.00 you did say you don't except Mahinda warranty as full payment on the labor that should been a red flag WHY DONT YOU JUST SHOW ME THAT BOLTS BACKING OUT OF FLYWHEEL IS NOT UNDER WARRANTY when you taking the starter off and confirmed thats what it was why the big game i would have let you fix it (now look you don't remember) still playing (post copy of warranty i know the 7 year was still in play your buddy Mahinda salesman said its under the 2 year plan show me and stop playing that if you don't im going to report you to the attorney generals office

Would not recommend using their service department took in for new front plate housing on transmission got back wires and hoses routed around springs and hydraulic hoses that get hot fuel line routed totally wrong and dangerously where it's rubbing on moving parts hydraulic fluid already milky looking fuel gauge no longer works wire hanging and rubbing on tire would highly advise to Steer clear of this place
Edit to add since, I can't respond directly to your response. The reason the tractor wasn't taken to place of purchase because the tractor was originally bought in Florida, while I lived in Florida. I currently live in Georgia. To try and dignify messy work with a "you can't please everyone" response shows the true intent of your company and work. You are only paid to fix the issues at hand, but the fact of the matter is that you never properly fixed the issues and have cause even more damage to a $20,000 tractor, they you were paid almost $4,000 to fix. The proof is in the pictures. Before our phone conversation and your response to my review, I was going to give you the chance to fix the current issues your company caused. But now I'll be contacting Mahindra directly to see what they have to say about thier "certified" repair shop.

Parts department was supposed to call me back about a relay but never did.
I found it on the Mahindra website. I was able to save $35.00 by purchasing from NAPA.
Guess it was good they didn't call back. Lol

Terrible. Tried ordering a starter for a New Holland TD80. Had 3 in total sent. 1st was incorrect, guys in shop accidently threw box away so we waited for the 2nd starter to get here and sent 1st back in 2nd box. Then 2nd was wrong so ordered a 3rd and send 2nd back in 3rd box. Said I couldn't return 2nd starter because it wasn't in the correct box and they couldn't find 2nd box so I have to eat it. Fine, said send 2nd starter back to me since I'm eating it, been waiting for 4 weeks now and calling weekly for it. Now the 3rd and correct starter burned up so I still need the box to try and claim warranty. Currently been on hold for 30 minutes, beyond frustrated. Pro tip- just go through Case dealer

They ordered a water pump for a 6610 s I picked it up got home and it's not the right one went back to exchange it and they wouldn't exchange it because my box it came in was torn so I had to eat that 400$$ pump
