Had an oil change appointment, arrived 20 minutes late. Waited over an hour and 40 minutes with no communication, I had to approach and engage the service counter for an update when i was told they’d start after lunch . I grabbed my keys and left. Unacceptable wait and poor communication.
Update: I received a phone call from someone at the dealership. Im not quite sure who. They told me to come back for a 1/2 price oil change to make up for the poor visit the first time.
Scheduled the appointment. Dropped off my truck 5 minutes early to this appointment.
Spoke to another customer in the lobby. Said she waited since 9am and had no idea what was going on with her vehicle. It was 2:30pm at this point. Take that with a grain of salt, but communication does seem to be an issue at this service department.
My oil change went smooth. In and out in 40 minutes. Thank you for the 1/2 price oil change.
My truck seat was slid way back and had a strong odor of dog when I got it back.

First brand new Ford I’ve ever bought, of course it’s also the first time a Ford dealer has been willing to make a deal. Highly recommend Mike Burch Ford in Blackshear GA.
The service department is kind of sketchy though. You’ll have to keep up with the stuff you need done, they won’t call you

From locating the vehicle that met our specific wants as far as vehicle features & after market accessories, to the purchase and financing process which was a complete breeze. Was heading north, to find out that my F450 AC quit. I've googled nearest Fords dealer and found it. Service took me right in, Michael stayed on top of everything. Thankfully it wasn't huge problem, and I was on a road before end of day. Huge Thank You to people at this service department, they are great. A+, definitely would recommend!!!
