Absolute rip off. If you can afford to make payments on a vehicle that’s overpriced you might get a decent vehicle. Charge me $6400 for a 2011 GMC Acadia. They knew it needed $4000 oil pump replacement and still wouldn’t come off any price. They said they had money in it, but the most they had was whatever they paid the man to clean it out. Now I’m out $6400 and a vehicle because I can’t afford to get it replaced. Do not believe anything that they tell you about their vehicles because it is a lie.

I bought a 2014 Honda oddysey from Pierce County Auto and it hasn’t been 8,000 miles later and my head gasket blew… my wife has had the oil change done and the tires rotated that’s the only work even done to the vehicle since owning it and no check engine light still. I’ve called up there and they seem evasive and dodgy and hasn’t seemed to help. They also sold me a dodgy and sketch Warranty and tried to push the blame off onto the bank when I bought the warranty from the sales woman at pierce. All I want is help getting the van repaired but nobody wants to do the work cause of how sketch the warranty company is. What do I do? I’m now in a contract for a van that’s blew up not even 7 months.

Truck po's be 4x4 on line, they thought it was, but wasn't, got exited wanted it trade my truck in found out it wasn't 4x4 and need a tire was slick,I service everything oil filter wasn't serviced correctly old oil ring still mixed in with new ones, radio didn't work took over two months get that straightened out was lied to said was ordered wasn't, promise a extra key for never got,I'm done with got a radio not original, Don't recommend or plain on buying anything from them again

Have tried getting a call back for weeks. No luck. Either they are slinging cars left and right and don't have time to follow up with phone inquiries, or they just don't want to sell cars. Even with a referral from the credit union I have my current auto loan with. ? Frustrating. I finally decided to just do some upgrades to my current ride and move on.

I have heard great things about this used car lot. But, looking on their website at the vehicles. There isn’t no pricing or info on vehicles. Not a very good website. I would hate to drive for over an hour and not get what I want. Lazy website, tends to be a lazy business.

Treats their customers like a number instead of actual people. Would not answer my questions on the phone, and when I got in an accident, they further took advantage of me. Money hungry, condescending and all out rude. I understand that money is the motivation, but no human being should be treated like I have by this dealership.
