Paid TWENTY dollars for a car wash that includes vacuum. Did not receive a vacuum token. That's the only reason someone would pay 20 dollars for a car wash. I need a refund.

Spent $10.00, at the end of all cycles received, I noticed that there was remnants of mud inside my fender wells

Used the tunnel system with rotating brush. Took paying for the wash twice to get it to work. First time just sprayed water for 15 seconds and then quit. "Worked" second time if you can call it that.Pretty poor excuse for a car wash. Won't be going back.
