Brantley Gas is amazing! Especially the ladies at Blackshear, Georgia location! I actually live in Crawfordville, Florida and my local office(used to be Leon Propane, long time customer since at least 2016) is in Tallahassee, Florida. With that said I've tried multiple times to get a return call from my local office to ask questions regarding charges on my account for nearly a month with no avail. Mrs. Karen and her ladies at Brantley Gas in Blackshear, Georgia are the picture perfect example of how customer service should be!! Always extremely polite and respectful. They are patient and have had to sort/figure out/fix things(messes not caused by them at all tbh) that I've needed; More than once! They get things done! And are happy to explain something if needed! Thank you ladies of Blackshear! I wish there were more like y'all out here!!”
