“Great service and very nice people. He even stopped by and checked on our jeep when he saw my husband outside with the hood up as he passed by our home. Much appreciated.”

“A+++++++++ We have had 2 amazing experiences with C&S Auto here in Blackshear GA. The first being with my husband's one and only work truck which is essential to his line of work. After the Ford dealership here in town said it would take 3 weeks to fix it. We decided to try C&S Auto. The wonderful mechanics there had him up and running in 2 hours from the time it was towed in till he drove it off.. We were so impressed I decided to have them take a look at my BMW X3 which has sprung a mysterious water leak.. They went above and beyond to figure out what was wrong with it even though they don't normally work on BMW's. I can't thank ALL the machenics enough for pulling together to try and find it. C&S Auto is TOP NOTCH in our book! Don't hesitate one bit about bring your vehicle down to them. They are straight shooters & WON'T take advantage of you! I can't give them enough praise as it has been EXTREMELY hard to even find anyone who is even WILLING to even look at my vehicle in our small town. I can't give C&S Auto enough praise for all they did for my family's Auto care needs.”

“Overall, I’d rate the experiences here positive.

They’re fast to get to your vehicle and tell you what they’ve observed and get the parts there and get you out within 2 or so days, maybe a little longer if you didn’t have an appointment and just dumped your car there.

The prices are incredibly fair and they will call ahead of time and confirm the problems they’ve observed and won’t ever charge you for something that you didn’t need.

My only negative experience was an unfortunate situation regarding my fuel system which would’ve required a very thorough diagnostics job to locate the issue. They were not able to find the issue but they didn’t charge diagnostics fees due to them not finding the issue so that was incredibly fair. I ended up finding the issue on my own using a diagnostics tool and ended up just replacing the part on my own. Bad fuel pressure sensor.

Overall.
- service is great and timely
- pricing is great
- diagnostics are the only downside if your vehicle is having an issue that isn’t easily replicated, they likely won’t work on it”
