At my visit to the store Jordan was extremely extremely helpful and awesome, there was also a gentleman in training while we were there he was also very nice but unfortunately couldn't help much as he was still in training. Halfway through Jordan helping us Lilly came in to work and she was very pleasant to us. Everyone there was very nice and had nice smiles.5/5 star visit!

Lilia told me I could return a broken S9 for a S23 and told me I had 30 days to bring it in. Come to find out I can't turn S9 for it. Also they won't take back S23 without charging me a $55 restocking fee. Also can't get another phone they said I could for S9. Don't waste your time going in. If I had done it online I wouldn't have had these problems.

I recently went to the Blairsville AT&T store. The "Customer Disservice" attendant certainly had no idea of what those 2 words meant. He was disinterested, rude, condescending and a real smart ass. Needless-to-say unhelpful.When asked for his name in order to file a complaint, he refused to give it. I later learned from another AT&T store that his name is "Craig". If you go to this store and see a long-haired, heavily tattooed, disheveled person, either leave the store and go the left to the Verizon Store 10 feet next door or go the 12 miles to the AT&T store in Hiawassee. They cheerfully and professional resolved the issue for me.It is unfortunate that a store owned by AT&T has to hire employees of this low standard. AT&T needs to pay attention and train employees to what the combination of the 2 words "Customer Service" means.P.S. A "0" star rating is not an option on this form.

The staff there were very competent! But I was never informed that they were just going to add insurance to my phones and that there were gonna be activation charges that were not discussed. So very surprised when I got the first bill!

Dropped my phone in the lake. Needed a replacement ASAP. Went to the blairsville location AT&t store. Was greeted by Craig who immediately presented a solution that would be inexpensive for the interim until my insurance claim would be processed and I would receive a replacement phone.By far the best experience I've had in a phone store ever. Perhaps the best experience I've had in any retail setting in recent memory. That was because of Craig.Knowledgeable, helpful, easy to work with.

We were greeted upon entering the store. We had several questions regarding changing service providers. The sales representatives were very knowledgeable and helpful. So far we are very happy with our decision to switch from Verizon to AT&T!

Technical support at store was unable to diagnose and determine why new sim card would not allow mobile data. The person said, before buying the sim card, that it would work on unlocked phone. The phone is unlocked and only voice and text work...no data
