Called in this morning to see about getting my alternator/battery tested. Ended up needing a new battery and Mike was incredibly helpful with the diagnosis and battery installation.

Went yesterday and Jaden helped me out right after getting back from vacation, so he was a little rusty at first, but he still took his time helping everybody and making sure things were right. Didn’t rush me at all and actually explained what I needed instead of just trying to sell something.
