This pharmacy is terrible! There is always an issue (due to the staff) filling a prescription. They are also extremely slow doing everything, and unresponsive when you try to contact them. The prescriptions are also more here than they are at other pharmacies in the area. I strongly suggest not using them.

The worst pharmacy ever! Three days ago I had a prescription sent that was not available there. I received a text that it was ordered and would be available the following day. No more communication. There was a note on the original text stating that if I needed the medication (of course I did) to call the pharmacy and they would try to make arrangements. There is a problem, it is impossible to call the pharmacy. The automated line only allows you to hear the message. You are never allowed to speak to a person. This maybe the worst customer service I have ever experienced. My insurance company prefers CVS. This is my last prescription there. I will pay more to be able to speak to someone when I am extremely sick!

Dresses were on a rack for 9.99 Picked up two one rang up for higher. The manager is so extremely rude and told me two ladies moved all the dresses and she wouldn't extend the price as marked. Never will shop with CVS again over the rude manager .

A pharmacy is as good as the pharmacists who runs it. This place is in the gutter at the moment.

Very, very busy store, so busy sometimes they don't have time to answer their phones. Very nice people though. My only complaint is that the pharmacy closes at 6:00 on SATURDAY! MOST CVS s are open until 10:00.

Horrible Service! My friends and I were staying at a cabin near by for the weekend. I forgot my slippers and marshmallows for smores and thought we could buy some from the CVS across the street from Fatz. When we walked in, we were immediately made aware they closed in two minutes. As I was looking at the slippers and about to go to the register, the employee named Mary told us the doors were locked and we basically needed to leave. The other girl working seemed nicer, but was clearly dominated by Mary. I understand they were closing soon, but we just wanted to make a quick purchase. Of course I didn't buy the slippers and traveled to Walmart shortly afterwards where we were greeted with positive service. Thank you Walmart. Shame on you Mary.

Horrible! Took a prescription to drive through. Was told it would take an hour because they are busy administering flu shots. Wasted an hour, came back to be told they were out of the prescription. It took me 10 minutes to get my prescription back so I could have it filled at Ingles. Now today I am getting a call that my prescription is ready.
