Understaffed and dismissive when you do finally find someone who works there. Left all of my intended purchases on the counter and left. Off to Walgreens! At least they appreciate our business. **Added note...the EXACT SAME product was not only cheaper at Walgreens but also buy one, get one FREE (vs buy one, get one 50% off at CVS).

I enjoy shopping at CVS CVS. The workers are always very helpful. Everyone has always been very nice and the store is always clean and easy to find items.

I have been in the Murphy NC area for a few weeks and have needed to fill my prescriptions at the Blairsville Pharmacy. They have made the process so easy. The staff is efficient and friendly. This is why I am loyal to CVS. Thank you all.

Due to a change in my insurance I chose to have my prescription sent to this store so I could use the good RX. BY was the name of the person who I spoke with who checked and told me they didn’t have it that they were out. I asked when the next shipment would come in and she didn’t know. She then tells me they won’t have that medication and to go to another pharmacy. I then asked her to please repeat herself because I couldn’t believe she had just said that to me and I needed to record that. She then stops talking and puts me on hold without saying anything else. Valerie the pharmacy manager so she says, picks up the phone and says we don’t have that medication at this time. So after telling Valerie the conversation I just had with BY (pronounced BE….spelled by Valerie) Valerie said well she didn’t mean it that way. Well how else would I take it? Valerie then says it’s on back order because we have a hard time getting it. However every other pharmacy in the county has it. Because it is a scheduled 2 medication that’s unbelievable. I’m sick of being treated as though I have a problem. I would gladly give them all the diseases and syndromes and broken body parts I have which is why I have to take those meds. I’ve gone through great lengths to keep from having to takes meds and yet here I am anyways…… fighting to get what I need because so many people abuse the system and so many others judge. Valerie pretty much told me to go find another pharmacy. I’ll never go back to that store again. I’m also contacting corporate to let them know how they treat people! Very Sad!

I had a script ready for p/u at the CVS near my home in FL but I am away in vacation until the end of the month, so I contacted CVS/Blairsville GA (over 500 miles away) to see if they could have the script transfered. Within a hour it was completed! Thank you.

I love the employees in the pharmacy!! These ladies are so sweet and remember who you are!! I want to switch to blue ridge cause I am there more but I don’t want to leave these women!!

My 80 year old mother is visiting and ran out of one of her medicines, she contacted her pharmacist and he told her what to do. She went in Monday and filled out proper paperwork, was told to return Thursday after 3. Guess what? They have no record of her and were rude about it

Needed to talk to the pharmacy! 10 minutes of playing roto dial hell. No person ever picked up the phone. I was calling from a hospital! It should be illegal, how pharmacies work these days!

Our local CVS is always a pleasant shopping experience because our sales representatives are professional and friendly. The morale of these employees is extremely cheerful with each visit. I always leave in a better mood than I entered with the items I needed/wanted.
