“One of the best experiences EVER. My water heater broke. I knew the big box stores had one, to fit in the space, but didn't want to shop there. So glad I didn't buy it at big box. Was told about City Plumbing, looked on their website and they had what I needed. I walked in and Mike P was my salesman. I showed him pictures of what I had and he knew exactly what I needed. He took the time to show me where to cut, which fittings to install in what spots and created a materials list for me. He made sure I knew the correct way to install and gave me some tips to install. He then gathered all the materials and loaded on to my trailer. Travel time for me is 30 minutes longer than supply stores in my town. That's ok. It was worth it and I'll shop here from now on.”

“Tony Crosby built all the cabinetry for my new home (kitchen, 3 baths, mudroom, and closets) Attention to detail does not fairly describe his work. Tony came to the job site several time durning our build to work with the framers, electricians, plumbers, and countertop companies. Tony wanted to be ahead of the crews to make sure all his measurements would be exact and there were no obstacles in the way. The quality of the cabinets is superior to any I have ever seen, the extra features he gives in the package make it so easy not having to make decisions on upsales for things like pullouts, hardware, built in garbage cans, appliance panels, etc.
His installer Fred was so professional and has many years of experience as a carpenter he made sure all fine tunes were done before he left.”
