I’ve been waiting 4 months for my refund. Even after I did all that IRS asked for verification of docs, video confirmed interview with IRS . Now staff in Blairsville called me saying they didn’t know they had to add 3 more steps from the office. Really they HR block didn’t know, I’m extremely dissatisfied with the service. The staff keeps blaming IRS without them taking any responsibility. Good Luck if you do your taxes here and expensive as heck. If you are expecting a refund good luck! Don’t recommend it! If I could give a negative 100 stars I would.

For 7 years now I have used H&R Block with no issues. Diane does an amazing job with my taxes and I have been using her for 4 years now. She makes the process quick and easy and we never run into any issues! Would definitely recommend giving her the opportunity to file for you!

This was my first year filing with a state that had a state tax, along with my first year having medical coverage through the marketplace. Sharon Horinek was very professional and is well versed in tax preparation. She explained everything to me and my wife and answered any questions we had.
