“We stopped in the store, after tech support had been unable to help. Lewis greeted us immediately- even though he had two other customers he was working with. After explaining the situation, Lewis spent time working to get the issue resolved, and despite his best efforts, it was determined our new phone has some kind of internal hardware malfunction...not the solution we hoped for, but thankful for Lewis who was extremely knowledgeable and did everything possible to find a solution. He even explained what we needed to convey when we called ATT for the phone to be replaced via warranty. Excellent, kind, and friendly service. Thanks Lewis!!!!”
